Yoga can be immensely beneficial during pregnancy
We don’t have specific pregnancy classes, as the yoga that we teach is intrinsically adaptable to suit the needs of each individual student.
Tim has been taking women through pregnancy in regular yoga classes for over 2 decades.
If you are new to our yoga
It is a requirement that you either complete the introductory course, or have a one to one lesson, before attending All level classes.
If you are already attending our classes
It is fine to continue with the classes throughout your entire pregnancy. But it is important to let Tim know that you are pregnant as soon as you are aware of it.
It is essential to:
- Check with your midwife / GP before enrolling
- Let us know how many weeks pregnant you are when enrolling (please note - Parivartana Yoga is safe to practice throughout pregnancy - including the first trimester)
